Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to a selected group of KFC stores, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training.
  • Work closely with Area and Restaurant General Managers (Store Management Team) to ensure optimum work environment for personnel by providing a proximity service and maintaining a constant line of communication.
  • Manage HR-related queries by responding effectively to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure recruitments are fulfilled in line with restaurants hiring needs.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required, using data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Provide reports on HR Metrics.
  • Participate actively in the execution of HR Projects, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform attendance management & payroll administration processes.
  • Support & guide managers to conduct performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback to employees

Profile


• 3 years of experience in human resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices.
• Well versed with employment Labour laws.
• Must possess a valid car driving license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, be flexible and open-minded, and find new and creative solutions
