Based on an innovative way of dealing with its employees, the Group has always paid particular attention to the professional and personal fulfillment of all members of the companies. Over the years, structures were created to foster the development of the employees: continuous training, communication structures at all levels, psychological support for employees and their families, and the creation of various activities to encourage individual development. In 2004, the group created an original department for personal development based on its long tradition of sports, cultural and artistic practices. Thus was born the "Arts, Culture & Sport" department. The company helps employees find some time in today’s increasingly busy schedule for activities important to them.
