Drive Talent Acquisition
Lead the full recruitment cycle - From crafting tailored job profiles shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Champion Performance Management
Coordinate performance reviews for both operational and support teams, aligning evaluations with productivity, compliance, and animal welfare standards.
Handle Health Insurance with Care
Oversee health plan administration and serve as liaison with insurers to support our workforce’s wellbeing
Support Monthly Payroll Process
Assist in preparing and verifying payroll, factoring in shift differentials, overtime in peak periods, and allowances specific to field operations.
Be the Bridge Between Management & Staff
Serve as a trusted point of contact to foster open communication, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong employee relations across the poultry chain.
Enhance Welfare & Engagement
Organize welfare initiatives — from recognition programs to health days — and contribute to broader HR projects that support retention and morale in a physically demanding industry.
Profile
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
5 years' experience in an HR role
A strong communicator with proven HR experience
Ability to multitask in a high-volume, shift-based environment
Familiarity with labour laws and industrial relations
A team player who can build trust across all levels of the plant
Promoter for animal welfare
