Supply chain planner

Duties and Responsibilities

Avipro Co. Ltd company of the Eclosia Group, is a pioneer in the poultry sector in Mauritius. Its main activities are breeding and production, grouped respectively under the Farming and Processing entities.

Role Purpose

To support the Supply Chain Coordinator/Manager in ensuring the smooth flow of information across the supply chain by managing data, assisting in planning activities, and coordinating administrative follow-up. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and timely reporting to enable informed decision-making.

Data Collection & Reporting

• Collect and interpret data from systems ( D365, B2Wise, Amino and BI ) and report to management on a daily basis
• Maintain and update dashboards and trackers for production, inventory, sales and planning
• Assist in preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management reviews

Planning Support

• Monitor stock levels and align supply with demand
• Track and maintain cycling schedules on system
• Support planning activities across farming and processing operations

Administrative Follow-Up

• Maintain organized records of planning files, reports, and communication

Profile

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is a plus.
• Promoter for animal welfare
