Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Ensure that the various tasks assigned to operations are carried out within the allotted time

Update of the follow-up system

 

Collaborate with the team and for continuous improvement to give a value-added service to the clients

Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams

Handling customer complaints professionally

Profile

Minimum of 03 years of experience in the freight / forwarding industry in a similar or operational / sales position.

Knowledge of incoterms and operational procedures (including knowledge of different customs procedures).

Has a culture of customer service both internally and externally

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software,
especially Excel

Listening skills and a sense of empathy

Able to work in a team and under pressure

Good communication skills in English and French (oral and written)
