Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide information about facilities, programs and other services and assists guests with ticket purchases
  • Ring up sales and handle payment in the appropriate manner
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Responsible for inventory and restocking merchandise of gift shop
  • Maintain gift shop in outstanding condition and ensure excellent visual merchandising standards
  • Address customer feedback in a professional manner

Profile

  • HSC level or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in cashiering duties
  • Energetic, courteous and professional
