Duties and Responsibilities

Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process;

Provides support in the Learning Need Analysis Process and drive the Training Plan execution;

Manages the full on boarding process;

Ensures administration of Benefits and all related administrative duties;

Contributes to build greater level of enthusiasm, involvement and employer brand commitment through employee engagement events’ organisation;

Continuously keep HRIS and employee files updated;

Assists in maintaining a healthy and safe working environment;

Provides support in all HR projects implementation

Profile

A Degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields.

At least 2 years of experience relevant to this position.

Demonstrates high degree of confidentiality

Possess problem solving capabilities in identifying and analyzing problem with all implications;

Able to organise, plan and direct resources to achieve goals and objectives

Demonstrates resilience to achieve the best possible results with established timeframe

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) both English & French.
