Tâches et Responsabilités

Odysseo is seeking a Guest Experience and Retail Executive to lead its front-line guest services and retail operations. The role focuses on ensuring a memorable visitor experience from ticketing to shopping, while driving retail performance and supporting Odysseo’s reputation as Mauritius’ top marine attraction.

 

Main duties:

  • Supervise guest relations, ticketing, and retail activities.
  • Manage stock, suppliers, and POS systems.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 17 Guest Relations Assistants.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.
  • Analyze sales data and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on events and promotions.

Profile

Profile sought:

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in retail, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of merchandising and inventory tools.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
