Tâches et Responsabilités

  • Reports directly to the Head of HR of Avipro Group.
  • Assists the Head of HR in strategy implementation in Mauritius and the region.
  • Drives the HR functions at Avipro HO & Franchising level.
  • Liaises with the HR teams across the Mauritian Business Units and the foreign subsidiaries to ensure the harmonization of our HR practices.
  • Promotes Avipro as an employer of choice, be the DEI Ambassador for Avipro Head Office and Franchise.
  • Supports our regional HR Teams in Kenya, Rwanda and Madagascar to ensure that they are living the Avipro’s values.
  • Collaborates with the Safety and Health Officer to ensure that the work environment is safe, healthy and fulfilling.
  • Develops and maintains HR Metrics to support informed decisions.

Profile

  • Minimum Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Assertive, reliable & dynamic.
  • Self-starter, meticulous and well organized. Team player, trustworthy and strong leadership skills.
  • Good mastery of MS Office and HR-related software and tools.
  • At least 5 years proven HR experience.
  • A knowledge of Eclosia’s HR system ( OPR, REMCO, PMS, Eclosia Way etc ) would be an advantage.
