Production Officer

Tâches et Responsabilités

• Monitor and report on key productivity indicators
• Support the Production team in coordinating and supervising production schedules and meeting daily targets
• Identify and implement process improvements
• ​Assist in managing day-to-day production activities
• Resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Work with R&D team on the development and integration of new processes
• Prepare SOPs and contribute to training programs
• Ensures that production team can achieve required production and performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety standards in line with company policies and procedures

Profile

• Degree in Management/Operations/Supply Chain or any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector would be an advantage
• Fully computer literate
• Dynamic, good interpersonal, results-driven approach & Problem-solving skills, pro-active and detail oriented
