Tâches et Responsabilités

  • Manage the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including Restaurants, Bars, Room Service, and Banqueting.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient service, optimal stock management, and the development of high-quality menus that meet budgeted food costs.
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate F&B staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual F&B budget, develop accurate forecasts, and drive revenue growth across all outlets.
  • Implement and maintain effective cost control measures in all areas of the F&B department.
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22000 management systems.
  • Work closely with the General Manager on new product and service development initiatives.
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Profile

  • High School, Diploma or any equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in F&B management in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Understanding of hygiene standards and ISO systems compliance.
