COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR

Tâches et Responsabilités

The Communication Coordinator manages the company’s communication platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging across internal and external stakeholders. The role supports CSR projects by enhancing visibility, fostering employee engagement, and strengthening the brand’s reputation as a socially responsible organisation. Working closely with HR, Marketing, and external partners, the role ensures communication excellence and alignment with corporate objectives.

• Internal Communication: Develop and implement tools such as newsletters, intranet updates, EVP programs in partnership with HR, and inter-departmental communication initiatives.
• External Communication: Manage press relations, LinkedIn, website content, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• CSR Communication: Promote Pick & Eat’s CSR projects, coordinate messaging with NGOs and external stakeholders, and ensure visibility.
• Employer Branding: Support HR in developing EVP campaigns to attract and retain talent.
• Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with media, agencies, NGOs, and community partners.
• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and promote internal and external events (e.g., press conferences, employee engagement events, and CSR activities) to enhance visibility and engagement.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years in communication, CSR, or public relations roles.
• Proven experience with media engagement and CSR project promotion.
• Experience in employer branding or HR communication preferred.
• Must possess vehicle and a valid car driving license.
