Support the adoption, continuous improvement and effective use of collaborative services across the Group.
Analyse users' needs, clarify requests and recommend practical digital workplace solutions.
Collaborate with Service Desk, IT teams and business stakeholders to improve support processes and user experience.
Prepare user guides, knowledge articles, FAQs and other documentation to promote self-service and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to change management, user enablement initiatives and awareness sessions.
Research and assess digital tools, preparing structured recommendations based on business needs, value and usability.
Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, productivity and digital ways of working through modern workplace technologies, AI and automation.
Capture user feedback and lessons learned to support continuous improvement and knowledge capitalisation.

Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital Workplace, Business Analysis, IT Functional Support, Digital Adoption, Service Improvement or a related role.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.
Understanding of Digital Workplace practices, knowledge management and change enablement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prepare clear documentation, user guidance and structured recommendations.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT environments.
Exposure to AI, automation or low-code technologies would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
Self-motivated, collaborative and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
