Maintenance Coordinator

Tâches et Responsabilités

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for managing maintenance activities manufacturing facilities, driving energy efficiency initiatives, supporting capital projects, while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for factory equipment, facilities, and utilities
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
• Work closely with Production and Quality teams to coordinate maintenance-related activities
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and recommend continuous improvement actions
• Support the implementation and monitoring of energy management systems
• Analyse energy consumption trends and recommend energy-saving initiatives
• Ensure proper purchase, storage, identification, and control of spare parts and maintenance consumables, and monitor stock levels
• Participate in major Capital Projects and review technical and commercial proposals with management and stakeholders
• Organise daily maintenance briefings with Team and establish work priorities
• Coach and support team development and technical competency building
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational, and LEAN management standards
• Participate in maintenance budgeting and equipment upgrade initiatives

Profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
• Proven experience in maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of Maintenance systems and related reporting
• Broad understanding of utilities, energy management, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Knowledge of ISO standards, LEAN principles, and health & safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
