- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Ensure that the various tasks assigned to operations are carried out within the allotted time.
- Update of the follow-up system
- Collaborate with the team and for continuous improvement to give a value-added service to the clients
- Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Handling customer complaints in a professional manner
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the freight / forwarding industry in a similar or operational / sales position
- Knowledge of incoterms and operational procedures (including knowledge of different customs procedures)
- Has a culture of customer service both internally and externally
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
- Listening skills and empathy
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
- Good communication skills in English and French (oral and written)
