Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure that the various tasks assigned to operations are carried out within the allotted time.
  • Update of the follow-up system
  • Collaborate with the team and for continuous improvement to give a value-added service to the clients
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Handling customer complaints in a professional manner


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the freight / forwarding industry in a similar or operational / sales position
  • Knowledge of incoterms and operational procedures (including knowledge of different customs procedures)
  • Has a culture of customer service both internally and externally
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • Listening skills and empathy
  • Able to work in a team and under pressure
  • Good communication skills in English and French (oral and written)
