Les Moulins de la Concorde (LMLC)

Les Moulins de la Concorde has been continuously providing Mauritians with quality fresh flour since 1989. A major player in the local economy, LMLC imports and stocks wheat, which it then uses to produce various types of flour adapted to local tastes and needs. In doing so, the company reduces the island’s exposure to the vulnerabilities of the global supply chain and plays an essential role in ensuring food security in the country. Thanks to its impressive production capacity (up to 120,000 tonnes of flour per year), LMLC also exports part of its products to neighbouring countries.

LMLC is strongly committed to the development of the bakery and pastry industry across the island and is eager to share its know-how and expertise; it does so through La Fournée des Moulins, a training centre open to professionals and individuals alike.
