- Lead and manage the full HR operations of Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, ensuring alignment with group policies and standards (from recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and welfare)
- Collaborate closely with the Group HR Manager on strategic HR projects and initiatives.
- Support the Corporate Office in administrative and operational HR functions.
- Enhance employee experience through the full HR lifecycle—from recruitment to onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
- Monitor, report, and follow up on key HR KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of HR processes with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Promote a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration.
- Conduct any cognate duties as assigned.
Profile
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role managing HR operations, ideally in hospitality or a dynamic service industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
- Proven experience in implementing improvements in HR processes and systems.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitasking
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
