Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full HR operations of Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, ensuring alignment with group policies and standards (from recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and welfare)
  • Collaborate closely with the Group HR Manager on strategic HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support the Corporate Office in administrative and operational HR functions.
  • Enhance employee experience through the full HR lifecycle—from recruitment to onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Monitor, report, and follow up on key HR KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of HR processes with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration.
  • Conduct any cognate duties as assigned.

Profile

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role managing HR operations, ideally in hospitality or a dynamic service industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
  • Proven experience in implementing improvements in HR processes and systems.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitasking
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
