Duties and Responsibilities

Eclosia Corporate Services is currently looking for an Assistant Procurement Manager for the Shared Procurement Services Department (SPS).

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Procurement Managers during tenders, capex, import and any other assignment towards delivering world class procurement services to our client

Responsible for sourcing regarding project, work, product or service required for Service Companies and the Property Cluster.

Ensure that sourcing is done while considering and achieving the five rights and converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders within the agreed SLA.

Liaise with suppliers for delivery, clarifications, queries and non-compliance.

Liaise and organise meetings with our Facilities Manager and Site Champions regarding their requests.

Overview and assist our Procurement Specialists during daily operations meeting to discuss pending sourcing needs, delays or disruptions in stock and any other business requirements.

Provide on-going coaching to Procurement Specialist and highlight any training needs.

Prepare and submit monthly procurement reporting

Profile

Profile

A recognize degree in procurement & supply or relevant qualification.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.

Knowledge of Microsoft D365.

CIPS Level 5 or higher would be an advantage

 

Demonstrating

•Highly organised with attention to details.

•Excellent communication written and verbal French and English.

•An exposure to multiple companies or business units would be an advantage.

•Fully IT literate with efficient analytical skills.

•Ability to work with other department to ensure a smooth procurement flow
