The Eclosia Graduate Programme is a 24-month journey, starting in October 2025 and designed to equip young Mauritian graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen career path within Eclosia Group.
As one of six selected graduates, you’ll get the opportunity to rotate across four companies operating in sectors such as Food, Retail, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and Logistics. Along the way, you’ll receive hands-on training, mentoring from seasoned professionals, and exposure to real-world projects while earning a competitive salary and benefits.
