Drive Talent Acquisition
Lead the full recruitment cycle - From crafting tailored job profiles shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Expatriate Management
Coordinate and manage expatriate related processes including work permits, residency permits, visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. Liaise with government bodies, immigration authorities, and external consultants to ensure full compliance with local regulations.
Support Monthly Payroll Process
Assist in preparing and verifying payroll, factoring in shift differentials, overtime in peak periods, and allowances specific to field operations.
Learning & Development
Coordinate the annual training plan in line with organisation priorities and conduct learning needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training opportunities. Liaise with training providers and ensure proper documentation and evaluation of all learning activities.
Enhance Welfare & Engagement
Participate actively in the execution of welfare and employee engagement activities. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being and fostering a positive work environment.
Profile
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years' experience in an HR role
- A strong communicator with proven HR experience
- Ability to multitask
- Familiarity with labour laws and industrial relations
- A team player who can build trust across all levels of the plant
- Promoter for animal welfare
