QUALITY TRAINEE

Duties and Responsibilities

Avipro Co. Ltd company of the Eclosia Group, is a pioneer in the poultry sector in Mauritius. Its main activities are breeding and production, grouped respectively under the Farming and Processing entities.

• Conducting regular inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Performing Good manufacturing practices audits on production floor.
• Recording and analyzing data from quality tests.

Contract: 6 months.

Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science or related field
• The ability to multi-task in an operational environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools is required.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in team and under pressure.
• Promoter for animal welfare
