Syndic & Facilities Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle general maintenance tasks like plumbing, painting, and small repairs to keep the site safe and functional
• Perform regular inspections to detect potential issues before they turn into costly problems
• Assist in installation, renovation, and improvement works as we continue to upgrade our facilities
• Work hand-in-hand with external contractors and internal teams to get things done safely and efficiently
• Prioritize health and safety, making sure you and others follow the rules
• Keep clear and accurate records of all maintenance work and report any concerns to your line manager.
• Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently
• Coordinate facility improvement projects such as upgrades, renovations, and new installations, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations.

You’ll be the go-to person to help keep our production site running smoothly, safely, and reliably every day.

Education and Experience:

Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
