DATA ANALYST - 6 months

Duties and Responsibilities

Eclosia Group is looking for a data focussed intern to work with the Group Remuneration Manager.  

Focus will be on data management (data mining, data consolidation, database maintenance) to provide valuable insights and reporting, with a specific emphasis on people analytics. 

What you will be doing: 

• Prepare Data for Data Analysis and Reporting. 

• Assist to develop dashboards and other reporting. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with HR professionals and cross-functional teams. 

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity: Perform data validation, quality checks, and implement data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR Data. 

• Data Confidentiality: Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data. 

• Database Management of the Loyalty Programme. 

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis: Respond to data requests from stakeholders by conducting ad-hoc analyses, data mining, and data manipulation to address specific business questions or challenges related to people analytics. 

Profile

• What are we looking for? 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial or a related field. 
  • Strong proficiency in using Excel.  
  • Experience in other tools for data analysis, visualization, and reporting is desirable. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex data findings. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
