Group Quality Systems Lead

Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Group  Quality Systems Lead to join our dynamic TQM team.

• To report to the the Group Quality Systems Business Partner.
• To accompany Eclosia Food companies in Improvement projects related to Quality and Food Safety
• To send yearly internal audit plan to client companies
• To prepare, conduct and report on audit findings.
• To prepare training materials in relation to Quality, Food Safety and environmental issues upon requests from companies.
• To prepare and issue Veille Reports
• To organise Group Forums and issue the minutes
• To assist the Group Quality Systems Business Partner in administrative duties (Planning the services of TQM unit, Budget preparation..)

Profile

• Degree Holder preferably in Food science/Quality
• At least 2-3 years experience in food industry
• Experience in Manufacturing operations will be a definite advantage.
• Knowledge in (HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000)
• . Strong communicator, both written and spoken
• Team player
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, critical-thinking
• Strong interpersonal and observation skills.
• Well disciplined
• Sound knowledge of Mauritian Food laws, Eu standards and Codex Standards
• Results driven and deadline oriented.
