Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Process Lead to join our dynamic team.

As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge solutions in HR and payroll management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, optimize, and implement processes, thereby enhancing efficiency and driving impactful results that align with business objectives.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, contributing to operational efficiency and in line with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and partner, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure that our HR & Payroll processes align seamlessly with exceptional customer success.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives (including implementation and change management), with a focus on HR and payroll.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide your team towards success.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of inspiring and managing teams, fostering collaboration and cultivating a customer-first mindset.
