HRIS CONSULTANT

Duties and Responsibilities

Eclosia Corporate Services is seeking a Consultant to support its Human Resource Information System, combining technology and HR management with innovation and organization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and drive system enhancements aligned with HR and IT strategies.
• Lead the implementation of HRIS modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Resolve system issues, monitor performance, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of support processes.
• Manage testing activities for HRIS updates and patches, including unit, UAT, and regression testing.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within HR operations.

Profile

• Holder of a degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting multiple HRIS modules.
• Knowledge of HR operations and payroll.
• Awareness of data privacy and regulatory compliance in HRIS.
• Experience in coordinating with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.

Technical knowledge of: SQL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher & OTBI reporting, Role-based security
