Eclosia Corporate Services is seeking a Consultant to support its Human Resource Information System, combining technology and HR management with innovation and organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and drive system enhancements aligned with HR and IT strategies.
- Lead the implementation of HRIS modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Resolve system issues, monitor performance, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of support processes.
- Manage testing activities for HRIS updates and patches, including unit, UAT, and regression testing.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within HR operations.
Profile
- Holder of a degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting multiple HRIS modules.
- Knowledge of HR operations and payroll.
- Awareness of data privacy and regulatory compliance in HRIS.
- Experience in coordinating with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
Technical knowledge of: SQL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher & OTBI reporting, Role-based security
