HRIS CONSULTANT

Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consultant to support Eclosia Group Human Resource Information System.

The ideal candidates will embrace the exciting synergy of Technology and Human Resources Management and will demonstrate high interest in innovation and organisation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and drive system enhancements aligned with HR and IT strategies.
• Lead the implementation of HRIS modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Resolve system issues, monitor performance, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of support processes.
• Manage testing activities for HRIS updates and patches, including unit, UAT, and regression testing.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within HR operations.

Profile

• Holder of a degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting multiple HRIS modules.
• Knowledge of HR operations and payroll.
• Awareness of data privacy and regulatory compliance in HRIS.
• Experience in coordinating with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.

Technical knowledge of: SQL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher & OTBI reporting, Role-based security
