Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and work closely with third parties and customers to ensure resolution of incidents and
    assistance request;
  • Knowledge of ITIL and industry-based standards would be a real advantage;
  • Design, develop and document solutions and lead clients throughout support phases;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transversal collaboration is met on different- subjects related to support;
  • Provide clients’ support on specific ERP and other third-party interfaces;
  • Proactively maintain knowledge repository of current and future solutions.


  • A degree in Business, IT, Accounting with IS any or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience relevant to this position.
  • Excellent understanding of Business Processes: Finance, Trade & Logistic & Manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge of an ERP system, process-based system. (Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations will be preferred).
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Query Language.
  • Must possess good analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) both English & French.
  • Ability to work in a team and to work after working hours when required.
  • Holder of a valid Driving License.
