- Lead and work closely with third parties and customers to ensure resolution of incidents and
assistance request; - Knowledge of ITIL and industry-based standards would be a real advantage;
- Design, develop and document solutions and lead clients throughout support phases;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transversal collaboration is met on different- subjects related to support;
- Provide clients’ support on specific ERP and other third-party interfaces;
- Proactively maintain knowledge repository of current and future solutions.
Profile
- A degree in Business, IT, Accounting with IS any or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience relevant to this position.
- Excellent understanding of Business Processes: Finance, Trade & Logistic & Manufacturing.
- Deep knowledge of an ERP system, process-based system. (Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations will be preferred).
- Good knowledge of SQL and Query Language.
- Must possess good analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) both English & French.
- Ability to work in a team and to work after working hours when required.
- Holder of a valid Driving License.
