Work closely with third parties and customers to ensure resolution of incidents and assistance request;
Knowledge of ITIL and industry-based standards would be a real advantage;
Design, develop and document solutions and lead clients throughout support phases;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transversal collaboration is met on different- subjects related to support;
Provide clients’ support on specific ERP and other third-party interfaces;
Proactively maintain knowledge repository of current and future solutions.
Profile
A degree in Business, IT, Accounting or other related fields.
At least 3 years of experience relevant to this position.
Excellent understanding of Business Processes: Finance, Trade & Logistic & Manufacturing.
Deep knowledge of an ERP system, process-based system. (Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations will be preferred).
Good knowledge of SQL and Query Language.
Must possess good analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) both English & French.
Ability to work in a team and to work after working hours when required.
Holder of a valid Driving License.
