Customs Clearing Agent

Duties and Responsibilities

Customs outdoor operations

Processing of import & export BOEs for clearance of goods at Customs

Preparation of import & export BOEs, permits and certificates

Have the necessary documents approved by Customs and Ministries

Attend Customs and other Gov agencies verifications

Delivery planning / Transport booking / Update of CRM / Follow-up of files

Delivery orders with Air Import/Export Team & Communication with Customers

Profile

Must hold at least a SC and have experience in a similar position.

Knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes and customs procedures

IT verse and familiar with Tradenet system and MNS

Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills

Able to work in Team, under pressure and at odd hours.

High level of integrity

Valid driving licence for Motor Cycle and Car

Ideal candidate should live in the region of the South
