Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring food safety and hygiene practices on-site;
  • Support implementation and compliance with HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards;
  • Participate in internal audits, inspections, and follow-up of corrective actions;
  • Report non-conformities and help in investigating root causes;
  • Support in training sessions for operational staff on food safety protocols;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA system;

Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or a related field;
  • Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP;
  • Basic knowledge of quality control techniques;
  • Good verbal and written communication;
  • Team player with a proactive approach;
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) ;
