- Assist in monitoring food safety and hygiene practices on-site;
- Support implementation and compliance with HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards;
- Participate in internal audits, inspections, and follow-up of corrective actions;
- Report non-conformities and help in investigating root causes;
- Support in training sessions for operational staff on food safety protocols;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA system;
Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or a related field;
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP;
- Basic knowledge of quality control techniques;
- Good verbal and written communication;
- Team player with a proactive approach;
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) ;
