Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales & Administrative Officer, the Sales & Administrative Assistant will ensure the smooth, efficient day- to-day operation of the Avishop office by performing administrative tasks and provide general support to employees. It acts as a central hub for communication, resource management, and organizational support to enhance productivity.

  • Welcome all customers at Avishop to provide any assistance needed
  • Take orders of the shop’s items and assist in daily sales of products (Chicks, Eggs, Feed, and Equipment)
  • Handle any calls received at the shop, and contact clients for sales and deliveries schedules
  • Manage Purchase Orders and invoicing processes (Service,

Consumables, Clients, Admin, Stationery, Welfare, Kitchen)

  • Assist in the day-to-day cash activity and other payment received, and perform reconciliation
  • Ensure stock monitoring and rotation of products received at Avishop, and manage inventory for all items
  • Support daily administrative tasks and maintain a structured filing system for invoices, documents, receipts, and other records
  • Ensure meeting arrangements, appointment scheduling, and coordination of external visits
  • Assist in implementing employee welfare initiatives in collaboration with the HR Department

Profile

  • Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent
  • At least 1 years' experience is an advantage
  • Microsoft tools conversant
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • At ease with interacting with employees, contractors, and suppliers
  • Dynamic, detail-conscious and well organised, with a high level of integrity
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer mindset will be required
