Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare subsamples of wheat and by-products from silo and mill;
Preparation of solutions and standardization;
Test baking of flour samples and evaluation of baked products;
Prepare analytical sheets and other data;
Contributing to housekeeping and hygiene of laboratory;
Stock taking and inventory of laboratory equipment and chemicals;
Filling of controlled documents;
Comply to Laboratory Management System


Holder of a Higher School Certificate with science related subject(s);
A degree in Food Science or any other related field will be an advantage;
Meticulous and organized approach;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential;
Conscientious and flexible in his/her work;
Team player and stakeholder satisfaction focused;
Energetic and dynamic personality with positive attitude;
Familiar to Laboratory Environment and tests;
