• Provide support to all KFC stores to maintain outlets
to Brand Standards and ensure that stores are fully
operational
• Overview of civil and equipment maintenance
contractors
• Preparation and submission of drawings to
Franchisor for approval (layouts/elevations/sections)
• Preparation of BOQ with QS and validation of scope
of works
• Site Management (chair site meetings/issue minutes
of meeting/overview progress of works)
• Interaction with all contractors during
renovation/construction
Profile
• Diploma in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical
Engineering
• 3-4 years of experience in similar position
• Fully conversant with AutoCAD
• Interpret architectural, electric, plumbing and
mechanic drawings
• Highly organised and proper time management
skills.
• Excellent communication written and verbal
French and English.
• Has a major focus on deadlines and schedules
