- Assist with the smooth operations of Eclosia’s training centre
- Maintain and update the training calendar and dashboard.
- Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders (HR and Finance personnel, trainers, venues, suppliers) to ensure the successful delivery of training programmes.
- Ensure that training rooms are set up correctly and that all necessary resources are available for trainers and participants, such as training manuals and stationery.
- Handle incoming calls, e-mails, and enquiries from stakeholders. Provide information about courses, schedules and registration procedures.
- Assist with costing of training programmes as well as registration thereof on the MQA platform.
- Maintain accurate records of training programme attendance, participant information and feedback. Update databases and spreadsheets as needed.
- Generate purchase requests, purchase orders and invoices and process payments. Manage petty cash and track expenses. Assist with budget management.
- Welcome participants and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have during their training programmes.
- Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes.
Profile
- 1+ year of relevant working experience (organizing workshops, training sessions, Good understanding of MQA procedures…)
- Good Time management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Efficient and organised with good attention to detail
- Experience in organising events such as seminars, workshops or conferences
