- Research business opportunities by identifying potential clients and evaluating their position in the industry; analyze sales options.
- Sell the hotels by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients; recommending solutions.
- Conduct sales visit to local companies to discuss about their booking potential
- Visit potential customers for new business
- Maintain and develop business relationships with strategic
- partners
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of the yearly sales plan
- Compile weekly and monthly sales report to ensure target is being met
- Maximise revenue as per set targets

Profile
- Degree in sales/marketing or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar position
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Able to operate and evolve in a competitive environment
- Enthusiastic and passionate with high levels of sales motivation
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload using own initiative
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- IT literate
- Valid driving license
