- Supervise daily operations of the Comptoir, including staff scheduling, workflow, and opening/closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations as needed.
- Ensure consistent quality of beverages, food items, and presentation according to the Comptoir standards.
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock usage, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the Comptoir, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting to management.
- Support promotional activities, new product launches, and marketing initiatives for the Comptoir.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Comptoir Manager or F&B Manager.
Profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality/F&B management preferred.
- 2–3 years F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic inventory/cash handling.
- Organized, proactive, and able to maintain hygiene standards
