- Follow up of stock levels to anticipate production planning needs and sales forecasts.
- Plan and manage supply by coordinating planting schedules with agronomists.
- Coordinate volumes by collaborating with other departments and identify any surplus or potential supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor key performance indicators, suggest ways to reduce costs and improve supply flow and keep track of all incoming materials.
Profile
- Diploma in Management or Supply Chain or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to contribute to the department’s digital transformation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Dynamic, good interpersonal, problem solving, communication & negotiation skills, pro-active and detailed oriented.
