Foundation Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Odysseo Foundation is seeking a Foundation Manager to co-shape its strategy and lead its operations, deliver impactful ocean conservation programs, and strengthen its long-term development through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop and drive the foundation’s strategy, translating vision into clear priorities, programs, budgets, and measurable impact
• Build, manage, and nurture strategic partnerships while leading fundraising efforts
• Represent the foundation locally and internationally, fostering stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and visibility, while leveraging scientific, environmental, and innovation insights to continuously refine actions and maximize impact
• Oversee end-to-end operations and project delivery, ensuring efficient resource use, strong performance, compliance, and measurable impact
• Lead, engage, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative culture and driving performance

Profile

• Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Marine Studies, Sustainability, or related fields
• Proven leadership experience in a foundation, NGO, or project-driven environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, evolving environment
