Odysseo (A company of Eclosia), the first Oceanarium in the Mascarene region is currently looking for Guest Relation Assistants, who will welcome customers in a professional manner, provide ticketing services and handle the gift shop.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and assist customers with ticket purchases and merchandise selection.
- Ticket Sales: Process ticket transactions accurately, assist customers in choosing suitable options, and maximize sales through upselling.
- Merchandise Sales: Assist customers with merchandise selection, process transactions efficiently, and promote sales through knowledge of promotions.
- Inventory Management: Receive, stock, and organize merchandise inventory, monitor levels, and report discrepancies.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and card transactions securely, balance registers, and follow procedures for accurate accounting.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, arrange displays attractively, and ensure overall shop functionality.
Profile
• HSC level or equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience in related field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in cashiering duties
• Energetic, courteous and professional
• Customer Oriented
