ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER (ARM)

Duties and Responsibilities

Pick ‘N’ Eat Ltd is currently recruiting Assistant Restaurant Managers. The role is to achieve sustainable sales
and profits by assisting the Restaurant General Manager with the running of the restaurant and the team
through KFC systems and processes by developing, driving and executing a winning culture.

• People - Support and assist the Restaurant General
  Manager in ensuring that the restaurant is correctly
  staffed in order to cater for the store’s needs ; Coach,
  develop, and lead the team to achieve fantastic results.
• Customer - Create a customer focused environment ;
  Solve customer related problems, for e,g, incorrect
  orders, product related queries, service level complaints.
• Sales - Work closely with the Restaurant General
  Manager to achieve sustainable sales ; Conduct briefings,
  share targets & updates with team members.
• Profit – Assist the Restaurant General Manager in
  management of day-to-day operations to maximise
  profitability of the restaurant ; Ensure that all cash
  handling and in-store banking procedures are adhered to
  at all times.

  Profile
• SC Level with a minimum of 2 years in KFC management
  operations.
• IT Literate (Conversant with Office Tools & AX, Gaap, Ursula,
  The Vault, HME)
