Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and source marketing content and promotional materials and manage inventory
  • Assist in setting up of events and activations and liaise with service providers and sales team for execution
  • Assist the marketing team in data collection for market analysis
  • Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Support product lifecycle management including item creation, product catalogue development and sales pitch 
  • Assist the marketing team with administrative and other related tasks

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 months’ internship experience in an administrative or related field
  • Reliable and proactive with good organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems would be an advantage
  • Valid driver’s licence
