Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end HR support to assigned KFC restaurants – from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and training.
  • Partner with Area Coaches and Restaurant General Managers to create a positive and high-performing workplace by providing a proximity service and keeping communication open, clear, and constant.
  • Turn data into powerful insights: lead the way in generating HR reports and analytics, using data to spot trends, measure impact, and guide smarter people decisions across the business.
  • Drive HR initiatives – actively contribute to rolling out projects, policies, and procedures that enhance our people experience.
  • Manage the numbers that matter – support budget planning, salary forecasting, and benefits cost analysis to keep HR operations efficient.
  • Keep things running smoothly – oversee attendance management and payroll to guarantee accurate, on-time salary payments.
  • Empower leaders and teams – support managers in performance reviews while providing coaching and constructive feedback to employees.

Profile requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3 years of experience in human resources. (hospitality/retail/QSR experience is a plus)
  • Well versed with employment Labour laws.
  • Knowledge in employee compensation and benefits would be an advantage.
  • Must possess vehicle and a valid car driving license.
