Duties and Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing brand campaigns, managing operational marketing requirements, and overseeing associative and institutional sponsorships. The role ensures that restaurant needs are addressed, consumer complaints are monitored and analysed, and reporting obligations to Yum! are consistently met. Additionally, the role will provide critical business insights through sales tracking, distribution channel performance reporting, and competitor analysis.

 

 

  • Campaign Coordination - Manage and monitor brand campaigns with agencies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and execution at restaurant level.
  • Restaurant Liaison - Act as the central contact for restaurant teams, addressing marketing needs and ensuring delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Sponsorship Management - Oversee associative and institutional sponsorship requests, evaluate opportunities, and coordinate sponsorship activations.
  • Consumer Complaints - Analyse consumer complaints, producing monthly dashboards for restaurants and proposing corrective actions.
  • Sales & Budget Reporting - Track and report sales vs. budget, highlighting gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Distribution Channel Reporting - Monitor and report on sales performance across distribution channels, identifying trends and areas for growth.
  • Competitor Analysis - Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Promotional Material & Athlete Support - Coordinate the ordering, delivery, and tracking of promotional material and sponsorship kits

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years in marketing operations, sponsorship, or brand activation.
  • Experience with agency management and consumer-facing brands (QSR, retail, FMCG preferred).
  • Must possess a valid car driving license.
