Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research business opportunities by identifying potential clients and evaluating their position in the industry; analyze sales options.
    • Sell the hotels by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients; recommending solutions.
    • Conduct sales visit to local companies to discuss about their booking potential
    • Visit potential customers for new business
    • Maintain and develop business relationships with strategic partners
    • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
    • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
    • Identify new markets and business opportunities
    • Assist in the preparation of the yearly sales plan
    • Compile weekly and monthly sales report to ensure target is being met
    • Maximise revenue as per set targets
    • Any other cognate duties


Degree in sales/marketing or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years in a similar position
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Able to operate and evolve in a competitive environment
• Enthusiastic and passionnate with high levels of sales motivation
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload using own initiative
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• IT literate
• Valid driving license
