- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce cost.
- Align manufacturing goals with broader business objectives
- Supervise daily manufacturing activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently
- Oversee procurement and inventory to avoid bottlenecks
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry certifications
- Implement robust quality assurance protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor managers, and foster a culture of accountability
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and retain top talent
Profile
- Degree with preference in Mechanical Engineering
- More than 12 years experience in the production environment
- A sound knowledge or experience in mechanical Engineering
- Strong experience in leading teams, setting performance targets and developing staffs.
- Ability to create and manage budgets, optimize costs and align production to meet production strategies
- Strong analytical abilities to resolve complex complex production
- Challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for liasing with stakeholders,suppliers and different departments.
