LEAD 2026 kicks off: a transformational journey begins for 25 talents!

Feb 13, 2026

Eclosia’s LEAD 2026 program was launched this week. For this fifth cohort, 25 employees from various companies within the Group are embarking on a leadership development journey. Over the next 12 months, they will complete 14 modules delivered by 12 trainers.

Created by Eclosia in partnership with the Charles Telfair Education Leadership Academy, the program stands out for its structured approach. It provides practical tools and supports their implementation in the participants’ day-to-day leadership responsibilities.

LEAD stands for Leverage, Engage, Adapt, Develop. For Natalie Brasse, Head of the Leadership Academy, the program is built on a key principle: “A leader must first learn to understand themselves before they can mobilize their team and drive change.” The training will cover essential skills ranging from self-leadership to coaching, as well as workplace well-being and customer experience. It will also address current challenges such as digital transformation and managing high-performing teams. “The goal is to equip participants with the keys to lead more effectively,” she explains.

Throughout the sessions, the 25 Eclosia talents will be guided by experts from diverse backgrounds, including the corporate world, coaching, and higher education, ensuring a progressive and practical learning experience.

Present at the launch, Cédric Lagesse, COO of Eclosia, encouraged participants to fully commit to the experience. “You have been carefully selected. An exciting journey lies ahead of you,” he emphasized, inviting everyone to “learn, unlearn, and relearn.”

Beyond skills development, LEAD also aims to strengthen connections among talents across the Group. The program represents 26 training days spread over one year - an opportunity to challenge themselves and grow together.
