An Indoor Sales Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

Work within a team of indoor and outdoor sales executives under the leadership of our
Head of Sales

Negotiate buying rates with shipping lines, trucking companies, co-loaders and foreign agents

Prepare, send and follow-up quotations sent to customers

Assist Sales Executives in organising their
sales visits

Compiling, analysing and reporting sales data

Monitoring and analysing competitive activity, customer & market trends

Profile

Working experience in a similar position in the freight forwarding sector

Knowledge of Incoterms.

Good communication skills. Fluent in English and French

Customer focused

Good sales and negotiation skills

At ease working with Microsoft Office

Organised and a team player

Rigorous and able to meet deadlines
