Group Senior Internal Auditor

Duties and Responsibilities

The Internal Audit department is looking for an experienced professional internal auditor to join the department !

The job Assist the Group Internal Audit Manager to achieve the objectives in the field of audit assurance and consulting activity. Selected candidates should possess strong knowledge of the audit process, risk management process, excellent analytical techniques and be able to plan and execute interventions independently.

Profile

Key competencies

• A strong business acumen
• A professional approach to risk-based auditing.
• A good knowledge of audit techniques and IFRS
• Aware of corporate governance practices, risk assessment and control procedures.
• Good communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Fluent both in French and English

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified ACCA, CA or CIA.
• CFE or other related qualifications will be an advantage

Profile

• Good team player.
• An effective ability in questioning and analysing problems and seek for value added solutions.
• Well organized and having a methodical approach.
• Fully conversant with MS Office suite.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the field of the internal audit is essential.
• Experience leading an internal audit team.
• Mastering data mining techniques using ACL or Arbutus would be a definite advantage.

Remuneration

The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will include medical and pension scheme covers and a car allowance.
