Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

• Manage all accounting operations
• Ensure monthly preparation of management accounts and monthly return
• Prepare quarterly and year-end accounts and liaise with auditors

Financial Control

• Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variance
• Implement cost control initiatives and optimization of operation
• Any additional duties as necessaries

In charge of Administration department & Payroll

Profile

• At least 5 years experience in a similar position
• Degree holder in Accounting ACCA or Finance

MBA would be an advantage

• Self-motivated with strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
• Agile enough to adapt to a constant evolving environment whilst being concise and precise in identifying key focus areas and relevant improvements
• Committed towards lean management with the ability to challenge current process and accompany stakeholders with any change required
• Have a high sense of confidentiality, loyalty and ethics
