ASSET & MAINTENANCE OFFICER

Duties and Responsibilities

We are recruiting an Asset & Maintenance Officer to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in the management and maintenance of our physical assets, ensuring their functionality and optimizing their performance. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and commitment to maintaining a safe and productive environment will be critical to the success of this role

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Overview of civil and equipment maintenance contractors.
• Respond promptly to requests for repairs and maintenance.
• Preparation of architectural drawings and alignment with Franchisor for approval.
• Definition of scope of works for each project and preparation of BOQ with Quantity Surveyor.
• Site Management of renovation/construction projects

Profile

Competencies: 

• Experience on building and equipment maintenance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interpret architectural and M&E drawings
• Fully conversant with AutoCad.Conversant with ''GMAO'' or any maintenance management software.

Profile

• Diploma in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer or Site Coordinatoror similar role for at least 4 years.
